By accessing and using The IEP Coach website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
The IEP Coach, LLC provides educational advocacy services, IEP consultation, and resources for parents of children with special needs. Our services include but are not limited to consultation calls, document review, meeting preparation, and educational guidance.

The IEP Coach, LLC provides educational advocacy and consultation services. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. While we have extensive experience in special education, our services do not constitute legal representation. For legal matters, we recommend consulting with a qualified attorney.
We understand the sensitive nature of information shared during our consultations. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose personal information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Engagement of services beyond the consultation requires a mutually signed agreement outlining the terms and scope of work. No services will be rendered without this agreement in place.
All payments, including any required retainer, are due as outlined in the signed agreement. Retainers are considered fully earned upon receipt and are non-refundable. Once services have been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that The IEP Coach, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of our services.
Entering into an agreement does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. You further agree to hold harmless The IEP Coach, LLC from any claims, actions, or litigation arising from meetings, consultations, advice, or recommendations provided during the course of services.
All content, materials, and resources provided by The IEP Coach, LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, breaching the Terms of Service or contractual obligation.
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
